Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid to Velluster for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.

The products are provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Velluster does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

5. Refund & Return Policy

We strive for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return most new, unopened, and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. Upon approval, you will receive instructions for returning the item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product. Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Please note that certain items, such as personalized or custom-made products, digital downloads, or opened software, may not be eligible for return unless defective.
